The Las Vegas Raiders closed the 2023-24 season strong.
After going 5-8, they won three of their final four to finish with a respectable 8-9 record, 63 points in a single game (!) and an upset of the eventual Super Bowl champion Chiefs on Christmas Day.
They still wanted to shake things up over the offseason, though.
So, over the past few months, the Raiders officially promoted Antonio Pierce from interim to head coach, signed quarterback Gardner Minshew and defensive tackle Christian Wilkins and drafted tight end Brock Bowers who are all projected to start this coming season.
And, yes, rapidly rising quarterback Aidan O’Connell and standout stars Davante Adams and Maxx Crosby are coming back as well.
Thanks to the adjustments made over the offseason, an optimistic feeling is in the Sin City air.
“…A new era of Raiders football begins now,” Sports Illustrated wrote.
In Vegas terms, it might just might be time to roll the dice on the Raiders.

How to watch/stream Raiders games
There is no shortage of ways to watch Raiders games live from the comfort of your own home this season.
You can find Pierce’s stacked squad on ABC, CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC and the NFL Network on select dates.
Through the regular season, most AFC games will be broadcast on CBS.
For specialty games, “Sunday Night Football” can be found on NBC along with Peaco*ck, “Monday Night Football” is reserved for ESPN and “Thursday Night Football” streams on Amazon Prime Video.
